LibreOffice arose as folk from a world-famous suite, which is known as OpenOffice.org.

This parallel version maintains practically all the functionalities present in its "big sister", as well as the same applications: Calc for all types of numerical data, Base to manage databases, Writer to edit texts and Impress to create prepsentations.

As an addition, LibreOffice incorporates a tool for graphic design and another with which you can develop mathematical functions.
